Sujit Choudhry

Sujit Choudhry is Professor of Law, New York University School of Law. He previously taught for a dozen years at the Faculty Law, University of Toronto, where at the time of his departure he was School Chair and Associate Dean. Professor Choudhry is one of Canada’s leading constitutional scholars, and has published over 60 articles, book chapters and reports. He has appeared as counsel before the Supreme Court of Canada three times, and frequently provides constitutional advice to governments, private sector organizations and other institutions.
