Robert Wolfe is Professor Emeritus at Queen’s University, a Research Fellow at IRPP, and a member of the Global Affairs Canada Trade Advisory Council. He was a foreign service officer for many years, serving abroad in Bangladesh and Paris-OECD, and in Ottawa in international economic relations. After completing a doctorate in Political Studies he joined Queen’s in 1995. He is the director of the annual Queen’s Institute on Trade Policy and a co-editor of the IRPP volume, Redesigning Canadian Trade Policies for New Global Realities. He is also a member of the editorial board of World Trade Review.
